ROUTINE is a first-person sci-fi horror experience set on an abandoned lunar base, crafted with a striking 1980s vision of the future. What begins as a curious exploration quickly turns into a desperate fight for survival when the base falls silent, and you find yourself confronting an enemy convinced that you are the greatest threat. As you delve deeper into the eerie, desolate environment, each discovery only reveals further mysteries, pushing you onward into the unknown. The game emphasizes careful observation and slow, deliberate exploration, with no waypoint markers to guide you—navigating the base requires attentiveness to your surroundings and thorough review of collected data to uncover the path forward. Your primary tool, the Cosmonaut Assistance Tool (C.A.T.), is essential for accessing terminals, navigating the environment, and uncovering vital clues. - Click the button below to be redirected to the download page.
- Go to your desired server, open it and then download it.
- Once the file has finished downloading, locate the .zip and right-click it. Choose “Extract to ROUTINE”. (You’ll need 7-Zip for this — get it here.)
- Open the newly extracted folder and run the game as administrator.
- That’s it — enjoy the game! If you see any missing DLL errors, open the Redist or _CommonRedist folder inside and install the required programs.
