Game Description
Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game that challenges you to save a town from a deadly plague within a strict 12-day limit. You play as Daniil Dankovsky, a physician and researcher drawn to this isolated settlement in the eastern steppe by the legend of an immortal man. However, the outbreak of a mysterious contagion shatters your mission—the immortal is dead, and you have failed to prevent the catastrophe. Forced to return to the beginning, you must correct your past mistakes and uncover the secrets of immortality before the town is lost. Every moment is critical as you apply your medical expertise to examine patients individually, diagnose their unique conditions, and navigate a web of deception where truth and lies intertwine. Your observations and knowledge are vital to developing a vaccine that could alter the town’s fate. Survival depends on more than medicine; it requires leadership and tough decisions that will shape the community’s future. Enforce quarantines, confiscate scarce medicine, vaccinate the population, and suppress unrest to maintain order. Your choices carry weight—mistakes have consequences, but you can rewind time to try different approaches and unlock new decrees. The town’s people may come to resent you, yet power is in your hands, determining whether the streets erupt in violence or celebration. Your mental state also influences your perception and decisions, with apathy or mania opening new paths or risking your demise. Pathologic 3 presents a complex narrative filled with moral dilemmas, forcing you to balance sacrifice and survival on the road to the truth.

Installation Instructions
- Click the button below to be redirected to the download page.
- Go to your desired server, open it and then download it.
- Once the file has finished downloading, locate the .zip and right-click it. Choose “Extract to Pathologic 3”. (You’ll need 7-Zip for this — get it here.)
- Open the newly extracted folder and run the game as administrator.
- That’s it — enjoy the game! If you see any missing DLL errors, open the Redist or _CommonRedist folder inside and install the required programs.
